  • What is Wholey Moly cookie?

Wholey Moly is a healthier cookie, made from 100% natural ingredients, which makes it lower in sugar, gluten free, vegan and most importantly still tastes like a damn good treat with your afternoon cuppa.

  • What are the natural ingredients in Wholey moly?

All our ingredients are 100% natural. So no additives, no preservatives and absolutely no refined sugars. Each flavour has slightly different ingredients, check out the product pages for full ingredient list.

  • Is Wholey Moly sugar-free?

No they’re not but we don’t use refined sugars. In fact our cookies have as little as 4g of sugar that’s a whopping 50% less than similar products

  • Is Wholey Moly Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan?

Yes, Yes and Yes. Our cookies are plant based, we us Oats  that are Gluten free, and there’s no dairy or animal products making it Vegetarian and Vegan.

  • Are your cookies Dairy Free?

Yes they are dairy free.

  • What does the date on the package correspond to?

All Wholey Moly cookies are stamped with a best-by date. This is found on the back of pack or on the outside box. Make sure you devour the cookies before this date!

  • Is your packaging recyclable and what is your sustainability policy?

Technically yes they are but unfortunately most councils don’t have the facilities to recycle it so we’ve partnered up with TerraCycle so we can still recycle your packaging.

Once your packaging waste is returned to us, it is packed in our Zero Waste Box™ then shipped to TerraCycle where it is sorted, made into plastic granules to be repurposed and transformed into new products." 



THINGS TO DO WITH ORDERING

  • How do I enter a promo code?

You can enter a promo code on the checkout page. The price will be updated when you click APPLY.

  • Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

This depends on the promo code. The information should always accompany the supplied code but if not, try and enter both together at checkout and if it works – woo! If it doesn’t, and you think it should, drop us an email on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk

  • Why isn’t my promo code working?

It may be that your code has expired, it does not work in conjunction with other offers or you’ve typed it wrong (seriously, it happens). We can check this out for you if you send us an email on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk.

  • My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Oh no! You can email us on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk  and we'll get back in touch within 24 hours. 

  • What if I am unhappy with my order?

OH NO! That’s not good. Send us an email on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk.  We want you to have the best experience of Wholey Moly and we’ll try to fix any issues you may have had.

  • My box arrived damaged, what should I do?

Sometimes our Wholey Moly Cases can get damaged in transit. Send us an email on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we’ll see what we can do to help! If you can send a picture of the damage, it can help us avoid these issues in the future.

  • I’m having trouble logging in – what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and reset using a link that will be sent to your email. If you still can’t log-in, send us an email on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk  or chat to us on our website and we’ll sort out the issue.

  • I’m having an issue checking out – what do I do?

Don’t panic. We’re here to help. Email us on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk  and one of the Wholey Moly Team will get back to you with an answer shortly.


SHIPPING

  • How long will my order take to ship?

    Wholey Moly orders will normally reach you in 1-2 business days after payment has been made. Due to Covid-19, we have a smaller warehousing team than normal and our couriers are under extra pressure. We are asking all customers to allow 5 business days for delivery but we're doing all we can to make sure your order gets to you in the standard 1-2 business days.

  • Will I experience a delay due to COVID19?

Wholey Moly orders will normally reach you in 1-2 business days after payment has been made. Due to Covid-19, we have a smaller warehousing team than normal and our couriers are under extra pressure. We are asking all customers to allow 5 business days for delivery but we're doing all we can to make sure your order gets to you in the standard 1-2 business days.

  • Do you ship internationally?

We don’t ship internationally at this time. 

  • Will I receive tracking information for my order?

We don’t provide tracking details as standard, but get in touch if you haven’t received your cookies after 2 working days and we’ll get looking for them.

  • Why have I only received part of my order?

Sometimes, due to the size of our bulk items, our orders can arrive in two parts so don’t worry if this happens! If all of your Wholey Moly cookies haven’t arrived within 5 business days – drop us an email on shop@wholeymoly.co.uk   and we’ll chase down your order!

  • Can I ship to a friend?

You sound great – will you be our friend? And yes, of course you can. You can use your friend’s shipping address (make sure to put in your own billing address). You can change this shipping address at any time if you only want to send them one delivery.
